Kick off the new school year with an evening of fun, food, and community at P4A's annual Back-to-School Picnic! Bring a lawn chair or blanket, pack a picnic dinner, and enjoy yard games, music, and activities for the whole family.
This free event is open to all NCS families. Hot dogs and water will be provided. Kona Ice will be available for purchase.

Carpool: 26-27 School year
Can you help get other students to/from school this year? Are you trying to figure out how you will get your student(s) to/from school this year? Do you want to be next year's carpool coordinator? This is the place for you!
I am a PFAA parent and work to coordinate parents/guardians in the same area and send contact information to you so you can find a match for drop off and/or pick up. While there are no guarantees, there are only possibilities if you submit your information! Help build our school community by helping each other. Please sign up if...
You are able to offer transportation help to others (or maybe your senior student with over a year on their license can help!)
And/Or
You need help with transportation to get your student(s) to and/or from school this year.
To put your name on the carpool list for the 2026-2027 school year, please complete our Carpool Survey as soon as possible.
I will work to coordinate and hopefully distribute info to everyone in early to mid August and appreciate your patience as everyone signs up.

Lastly, this will be my last year as carpool coordinator (my son is a 12th grader now!) and we need a new volunteer carpool coordinator by the end of the year (or sooner). Please connect with our P4A board to express your interest or email me for more info. I'd love to train someone this year so it's an easy transition next year.

We Need You!
Our current P4A Executive Board will be terming out and we are looking for parents and guardians who are interested in stepping into leadership roles for the 2026-2028 school years.
Serving on the Executive Board is a great way to support our school, partner with teachers and staff, and help create meaningful experiences for our students. No prior PTO/PTA experience is required—just a willingness to collaborate and care about our school community.
We are seeking volunteers for the following positions:

Financial Secretary
Record Secretary
If you’ve ever wondered how you could get more involved or make a difference, this is a wonderful opportunity. Current board members are happy to answer questions and help ensure a smooth transition.
