Thank you for being part of something truly magical at the first-ever NCS Family Carnival. We hope you, your students, and families had a wonderful time and enjoyed the festivities as much as we enjoyed hosting them.

This year, P4A's mission is to build community by bringing students, staff, and families together. We envisioned this carnival as the event to achieve that, and wow—you all made it happen! It was an absolute joy to see so many smiling faces from all NCS academies. The laughter, the energy, and the kids simply enjoying themselves made the countless hours our small, but dedicated carnival committee (of just four!) put in completely worthwhile.

Of course, we couldn’t have done this alone. A huge thank you goes out to our Class and Booster Representatives, who stepped up to create and lead the booths. And to the many students who volunteered their time, your hard work did not go unnoticed! From helping with set-up, to running games, to clean-up, you were the backbone of this event. Your enthusiasm and dedication truly made the difference—thank you.

We also want to express our heartfelt thanks for the donations and items that were generously lent to us. These contributions helped make the event more affordable and accessible for many families and students, which was incredibly important to us.

This was P4A's first time planning a carnival, and while we aimed to be as prepared as possible, we know there are areas we can improve for next year—particularly with our entry and ticketing process. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding as we worked through these challenges.
